  1. Patients were assigned to the outbreak if an initial isolate was shown by PFGE to belong to pulsotype 27. For three patients (15, 28, 38), no MDR-Aci isolates were available for genome sequencing.
  2. *Isolate 29 was obtained after discharge from hospital from a sample provided by a general practitioner (GP).
