Low somatic hypermutation (SHM) rates in IgG antibody-secreting cells (ASCs) during acute DENV infection compared to steady state ASCs in post-convalescence (Pc). As a result of Monte Carlo simulation, we estimated that it was very unlikely for samples to have a memory B (mB) lineage larger than 30 reads during post-convalescence (p = 2.0645E − 06).
