Search results page. Key fields within PathOS objects are designated to be globally searchable by the integrated Apache Lucene search engine. This allows users to easily retrieve the main PathOS data objects: patients, samples, sequenced variants, curated variants, PubMed articles as well as user and system-defined tags.
