All investigated histone modification gene-sets. Significant gene-sets are marked as either red (up-regulated), blue (down-regulated), or green (unspecifically regulated). The sets consisting of genes with H3K27me3 marks (determined by separate ChIP-seq experiments) were enriched by significantly differentially expressed genes, implying that there may be an influence on the observed transcriptional patterns, mediated through this specific histone methylation.
