Candidate cis-GoF mutations in ten cancer cell lines. For each cell line the number of candidate cis-GoF mutations (above) and SNPs (below) are indicated within each box. Across the ten cell lines we identified 468 candidate cis-GoF mutations and 11,816 SNPs. Identified candidates were validated using matched regulatory (H3K27Ac ChIP-seq) and transcriptomic data, and overall 217 out of 468 candidate cis-GoF mutations (4452 out of 11,816 SNPs) exhibited evidence for selection.
