The figure shows a Venn diagram depicting the number of genes with non-synonymous SNPs common to the seven analyzed ST398 CA-MRSA isolates. All non-synonymous SNPs are listed in Additional file 1: Table S5. Note that there are no non-synonymous SNPs common to all isolates. Similarly, there were no consistent changes in virulence or antibiotic resistance genes or indels (Additional file 1: Tables S3, S4, and S6)
