There are four mutations detected in more than one sample: GATA3 (F431 fs), PIK3CA (E542K), CDKN1B (N124 fs) and PTEN (137-139del). The mutations called more than once in the longitudinal samples are shown including the tumour and plasma samples. The arrow indicates the time of the disease considered as RECIST progressive disease.
