The shape of the nodes (n = 348) indicates if they correspond to predicted plasmid bins (circle, n = 270) or complete plasmid sequences (square, n = 78). Nodes corresponding to complete plasmid sequences were named with a single letter based on the assigned s plasmid type (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I) or with an asterisk if they corresponded to sequences defined as singletons in the plasmid typing network (Fig. 2). Edges are connections between nodes sharing a minimum Mash distance of 0.025. Nodes corresponding to predicted plasmid bins (circle) were colored according to their plasmid bin group
