Inhibition of GABAA receptors abolishes the effect of soluble TREM2 species on long-term potentiation (LTP). Electrophysiology analysis of LTP in C57BL/6J mice brain slices incubated with soluble TREM2 species at 15 ng/ml and picrotoxin 50 μM.
